Bug reports
The fastest way to report a bug is through the Feedback widget in the footer of every page — it captures the URL you are on and a timestamp automatically, which saves us the back-and-forth. Otherwise, email support@fortfolio.app with:
- the page URL you were on (paste from the address bar);
- what you tried to do;
- what you expected to happen;
- what actually happened;
- a screenshot, if relevant.
Missing tickers
If we are missing a ticker you care about, send the symbol and the exchange to support@fortfolio.app with the subject line “Missing ticker: SYMBOL”. We add tickers in weekly batches; high-volume requests are prioritised.
Postal mail
We do not maintain a public mailing address. Time-sensitive legal notices should be sent to legal@fortfolio.app with electronic delivery acceptable under our Terms of Service.
